About C-5 Wellbeing
Built on evidence, not fluff
C-5 Wellbeing was born from a simple observation: organisations need practical, accessible ways to support their people before challenges escalate. Founded by Dean Noonan and Michelle Stewart, the model was developed through years of rigorous, real-world testing to move beyond traditional wellbeing initiatives and create a high-utility triage engine that addresses the root causes of workplace friction.
We believe that for support to be effective, it must be human, immediate, and commercially intelligent. By combining high-performance coaching with deep expertise in workers’ compensation and risk, we’ve built a system that protects people while helping organisations reduce psychosocial risk and work toward regulatory responsibilities with confidence.
Authority forged in high-pressure environments
Translating elite performance and risk mitigation into workplace safety
Our leadership team brings a unique intersection of experience that standard wellbeing providers cannot replicate. Dean Noonan spent 14 years in the NSW Police Force and a decade as the Wellbeing Manager for the Newcastle Knights (NRL), working alongside elite coaches like Wayne Bennett and Danny Buderus. This background in high-pressure human dynamics is the foundation of our rapid triage model.
Michelle Stewart complements this with 15 years in the education and social impact sectors, alongside senior account management experience in the workers’ compensation industry. Her expertise allows us to bridge the gap between genuine care and the legal reality of WHS compliance. Together, they have designed C-5 to handle complex psychosocial hazards with the same rigour found in elite sport and work place injury services.
